Jeff Anderson

Mr. Anderson has several decades of consumer product experience as both a Chief Executive and as an owner. He started his career with Newell Companies in Chicago before leaving to run the Needlecraft division of Quaker Oats. Later, Mr. Anderson ran two divisions of Eagle Industries, the manufacturing arm of Sam Zell’s Equity Group organization, before acquiring Gerry Sportswear from Eagle in 1995. As the CEO/owner of Gerry, Mr. Anderson tripled the company’s sales, acquired several complimentary brands including Moonstone, Roffe, and Mambosok, and sold the business to Amerex, Inc. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from the University of Iowa. He currently serves on the Board of Jody Coyote LLC and Easter Seals, a charitable organization.


Russell Fisher

Mr. Fisher previously served as Chairman of the Board of Jasper Textiles, a clothing company producing apparel products under the Outer Banks brand. Outer Banks sells sport shirts and outerwear for the imprinted apparel market. The company sells through a network of wholesale distributors and direct sales to resorts, country clubs, and golf outlets. In 2000, Mr. Fisher sold Jasper Textiles to Hanes, a division of the Sara Lee Corporation. Mr. Fisher currently serves as Chairman of Biofit Engineered Products in Westerville, Ohio and is part-owner of Jody Coyote LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.


Steve Altmayer

Mr. Altmayer previously served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Wrap Pack Corporation, the leading U.S. manufacturer of treated fruit and vegetable wraps. Mr. Altmayer purchased Wrap Pack from Burrows Paper Corporation in 1988. Under his ownership, the company grew significantly and eventually became a portfolio company of Prospect Partners, a private equity firm in Chicago. Mr. Altmayer managed Wrap Pack as co-owner with Prospect and, in 2001, also acquired the agricultural packaging division of Huhtamaki Van Leer. In 2004, Wrap Pack was acquired by Tricor Pacific. Mr. Altmayer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and currently serves on the Board of Jody Coyote LLC.


Dave Ederer

Mr. Ederer is Chairman of Ederer Investment Company in Seattle, WA, a private investment company overseeing personal holdings in Washington, Oregon, Utah, and Mexico. Since 1974, Mr. Ederer has been personally involved in the acquisition and ownership of over 30 small businesses. Most investments have been in the industrial world, including manufacturing, brokering, distribution, service, and retail. Mr. Ederer currently serves on the Board of Cascade Natural Gas (a NYSE firm), Cascade Metallurgical, Inland Northwest Metallurgical, Stack Metallurgical, Homestreet Bank, and Jody Coyote LLC. Mr. Ederer is involved with numerous non-profits both as a volunteer and board member. Mr. Ederer graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.


John Fitzgerald

Mr. Fitzgerald is a co-founder of Argo Management Partners, a Chicago-based private equity partnership focused on lower-middle-market manufacturing and distribution businesses. Mr. Fitzgerald also serves as Chairman and interim Chief Financial Officer of Hunter Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of licensed sports-related collectibles, and serves on the Board of Oak Patch Gifts LLC. Prior to co-founding Argo, Mr. Fitzgerald was Managing Director of Adirondack Capital, a financial futures and derivatives trading firm in Chicago. He is an MBA graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from DePaul University with highest honors, Beta Gamma Sigma.
