Peter L. Day, Chairman
Prior to co-founding Oak Patch Gifts and purchasing Jody Coyote, Mr. Day served as Vice President of a leading investment banking boutique in Seattle. In that capacity he specialized in merger and acquisition strategies for middle-market companies, financing strategies for rapidly growing businesses, and consolidation strategies in highly fragmented markets. His transactions spanned a wide range of industries, from commodity manufacturers to consumer product retailers, and transaction sizes ranged from $5 million to over $150 million.
Mr. Day holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics magna cum laude from The Colorado College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
Christopher J. Cunning, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to co-founding Oak Patch Gifts and purchasing Jody Coyote, Mr. Cunning held a variety of management positions with Raytheon Polar Services, a logistics division of NYSE-traded Raytheon Company. His roles included Transportation and Logistics manager at McMurdo and South Pole stations as well as Station Manager at Palmer Station on the Antarctic Peninsula. At Palmer, he oversaw all aspects of operations, budgeting, and recruiting while also serving as the most senior U.S. representative on the Antarctic Peninsula during the winter season.

Mr. Cunning holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics cum laude from The Colorado College and a Master of Business Administration degree with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management.
Spence Simmons, Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining Oak Patch Gifts Mr. Simmons spent 18 years at Starkey Laboratories, a leading manufacturer of custom hearing instruments with 33 facilities in 18 countries. Mr. Simmons served in a wide variety of roles ranging from Production Manager at the facility in Sydney, Australia to Customer Service Manager at the call center in Eden Prairie, MN. Most recently, Mr. Simmons served as Operations Manager for Starkey’s facility in Matamoros, Mexico, where he opened a new facility organized around lean manufacturing and just-in-time principals. Over the course of 6 years he grew the Matamoros operation to more than 400 employees.
Mr. Simmons holds a BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon and he is an expert in Lean Manufacturing systems and processes.

Bruce Orem, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Orem has over 15 years of corporate finance experience, nine of which are in the telecommunications and cable industries. Mr. Orem's broad experience includes both public and private corporate finance, extensive M&A and due diligence work in transactions from $1 million to $1.5 billion, numerous transaction integrations, and financings ranging from $500,000 to nearly $500 million. Prior to joining TransAria, Mr. Orem was an associate at LoneTree Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Denver focused on the telecommunications industry, where he focused on investment opportunity analyses. Before this role, he led domestic M&A valuation and financial due diligence activities for MediaOne Group, Inc., the nation's then third-largest cable company. Prior to MediaOne, Mr. Orem was a director in the finance department of a large, publicly-held restaurant company where he was focused primarily on M&A, long-term planning, and international expansion efforts.

Before this, Mr. Orem was an associate in the Project Finance group of Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City, where he worked on M&A transactions, bond financings, commercial lending, and private placement transactions.
Mr. Orem holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA from Trinity College in Connecticut.
Ralyn Nossaman, Director of Information Technology
Prior to joining Oak Patch Gifts Mr. Nossaman spent 5 years as Information Technology Director with Hendry Corporation, a 600-employee ship repair and marine dredging company located in Tampa, Florida. At Hendry, he was responsible for all IT related functions and oversaw the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of two networks with more than 70 users. Prior to Hendry, Mr. Nossaman was a Vice President at Impact Business Technologies, an IT consulting firm, where he oversaw 12 IT implementation consultants and participated in approximately 80 Platinum, Great Plains, Abra and network implementations.
Mr. Nossaman holds a BS in Financial Management from Oregon State University and has completed numerous software-specific training programs.
